Raihan Ahmed
Head of Accelerator
Stanford
Raihan Ahmed is a sophomore at Stanford who is passionate about human-centered AI systems. His research has been heavily focused in the Computer Science and Product Design Departments. He is deeply involved in the student entrepreneurship ecosystem across several college campuses, including Stanford, through his work at an early-stage venture capital firm where he’s focused on vertical AI investments.
Before his time at Stanford, Raihan had advocated and led initiatives around financial literacy and civic education. He previously worked on state-level policy reform in Massachusetts to expand financial education in high schools, and he continues to explore how higher education can better empower young people.
After graduation, Raihan aims to bridge the world of venture capital, technology, and policy by supporting founders who drive inclusive economic growth. He is deeply inspired by Breakthrough’s mission to democratize access to entrepreneurship and is excited about the opportunity to shape the future of frontier technologies.
