Rézme

A platform to help justice-impacted individuals reintegrate.

Rézme is expanding access to education and employment opportunities for the 600,000 people released from U.S. prisons annually, tapping into an underserved market where $87 billion in GDP is lost yearly due to their unemployment. By connecting justice-impacted citizens with second-chance employers, Rézme’s comprehensive tools support job placement, education, and personal development, aiming to reduce recidivism and enhance societal and economic reintegration.
