The credit score for clinical trials
Khora is building the credit score for clinical trials and biomedical evidence. Scientific diligence today is fragmented and subjective, often requiring weeks of analysis across consultants, statisticians, and hundreds of pages of clinical data. Khora uses biostatistics and epidemiologic methods to evaluate trial design, evidence quality, and reproducibility, generating an auditable confidence score for therapeutics and clinical programs. By standardizing how biomedical evidence is evaluated, Khora helps investors, healthcare institutions, and pharmaceutical companies make faster, higher-conviction decisions.
Gabrielle DeCuir is a Computer Science student at Johns Hopkins University concentrating in computational biology. Her experience includes genomics research at Johns Hopkins Medicine, software engineering at Boeing and IBM, and investment diligence for precision medicine startups at A-Level Capital. She is joined by co-founder Zarah Khondoker, a master’s student in Epidemiology at Johns Hopkins with experience at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
