Catch It is tackling the $250 billion creator economy through its social activation platform. The app’s disappearing feed stores culturally relevant data on each user, sends time-constrained content via push notification, and rewards users for recommending content to their friends through existing social networks. Catch It gives creators a central distribution hub that works across platforms by storing data on their most engaged fans and ensures they see the content they post.

Shawn graduated from Stanford with a degree in Management Science & Engineering and a master’s in Policy Organization and Leadership Studies from the Graduate School of Education. He is a second-time founder and previously worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company specializing in big data visualization and product development optimization. His co-founder, Samuel, holds degrees in Marketing Analytics and Higher Education Administration from Texas A&M University and is an ambassador for Adidas’ “Honoring Black Excellence” initiative.
